Your Personalized Care Solutions

Physician Guided Weight Loss Program with GLP-1 Medications

At our clinic, we understand that losing weight isn’t just about willpower—it’s about having the right tools and support. That’s why we offer compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide as part of our medical weight loss program.

Originally developed to treat type 2 diabetes, these medications have quickly gained attention for their impressive weight loss results. Both work by mimicking natural hormones that regulate appetite, insulin, and digestion. The result? You feel fuller faster, reduce cravings, and eat less—without the constant battle of dieting.

Semaglutide works by activating the GLP-1 receptor, helping to reduce appetite and improve blood sugar control.

Tirzepatide takes it further by activating both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, potentially offering even more significant weight loss results.

In clinical settings, patients using these medications—especially when paired with lifestyle changes—often see 10–20% reductions in body weight, along with improved blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.

Why compounded medications? Due to high demand and limited supply of brand-name versions like Wegovy® and Mounjaro®, compounded Semaglutide and Tirzepatide offer a more accessible and affordable option. These formulations are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under strict quality standards, based on a prescription from your provider.

If you’re ready to explore a new, effective approach to weight loss, our team is here to guide you. We offer personalized treatment plans, medical supervision, and ongoing support—so you’re never alone in your journey.

Contact us today to schedule a consultation and find out if compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide is right for you.

Preventive Care & Immunizations

Why Preventive Care and Immunizations Matter
Preventive care and immunizations help keep you healthy by preventing illness or catching conditions early—before they become serious.

Preventive care includes routine checkups, screenings, lab work, and counseling based on your age, health history, and risk factors.

Immunizations protect you from infections that can cause severe illness, long-term complications, or hospitalization.

Benefits of Preventive Care
- Detects problems early: Many conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer often have no early symptoms. Screenings help find them when they are easiest to treat.

- Keeps chronic conditions under control: Regular visits help manage existing conditions and prevent complications.

- Reduces emergency visits: Staying ahead of health issues lowers the chance of needing urgent or emergency care.

- Supports long-term health: Preventive care focuses on staying well—not just treating illness.

- Often covered by insurance: Many preventive services are covered at little or no cost under most insurance plans.

Benefits of Immunizations
- Prevents serious illness: Vaccines reduce your risk of severe disease, complications, and hospitalization.

- Protects others: Immunizations help protect family members, coworkers, and vulnerable individuals.

- Saves time and money: Preventing illness avoids missed work, medical bills, and long recovery times.

- Maintains community health: Widespread vaccination helps prevent outbreaks.

Our Commitment to Your Health
Preventive care and immunizations are personalized to you. Your provider will recommend services based on your age, medical history, lifestyle, and current guidelines. You always have the opportunity to ask questions and make informed decisions about your care.

Staying up to date with preventive visits and immunizations is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your health—now and in the future.

Laboratory Services

Why Having Our On-Site Physician-Owned Lab Benefits You

We have a physician-owned laboratory right here in our office so your lab work can be done quickly, accurately, and with your care in mind.

What this means for you:
- Faster results: Because your samples are processed on-site, many results are available sooner—sometimes the same day—so treatment decisions aren’t delayed.

- Better coordinated care: Your physician directly oversees the lab process and receives results promptly, allowing quicker follow-up and adjustments to your care plan.

- Fewer trips: You don’t need to travel to an outside lab or schedule a separate appointment—everything can be done in one visit.

- Improved accuracy: On-site handling reduces delays, transportation issues, and the chance of lost or compromised samples.

- Personalized attention: Our staff knows you and your medical history, so questions or concerns about your labs can be addressed immediately.

- Clear communication: Results are reviewed by your provider and explained to you in a way that’s easy to understand.

- Continuity and privacy: Your information stays within your care team, maintaining consistency and confidentiality.

Bottom line:
An on-site, physician-owned lab helps us deliver faster answers, more efficient care, and a better overall experience for you.

Important Patient Notice:
Federal law (the Stark Law) requires us to disclose that your physician has a financial interest in the on-site laboratory.
Use of our on-site lab is optional.
You have the right to choose any laboratory for your testing.
If you prefer an outside laboratory, please let us know and we will provide the appropriate lab order.
Laboratory services are billed separately and are subject to your insurance coverage and applicable patient responsibility.

Acute Care

We offer same-day acute care appointments so you can get timely care when unexpected health concerns come up. This helps you feel better faster and keeps your care simple and convenient.

Benefits for Patients:
- Faster relief: You don’t have to wait days to be seen for sudden issues like infections, pain, rashes, or minor injuries.

- Care you trust: You’re seen by a provider who knows your medical history, medications, and ongoing conditions.

- Fewer urgent care or ER visits: Many problems can be safely treated in our office, saving you time and money.

- One place for your care: Tests, prescriptions, and follow-up are coordinated through your primary care team.

- Peace of mind: Knowing you can be seen the same day reduces stress when something doesn’t feel right.

- Better outcomes: Early evaluation and treatment often prevent problems from becoming more serious.
